Construction Notice

Due to continued construction on the building if you have a scheduled meeting at our office please park in the building parking garage, this is the easiest access point to the building at this time. The parking garage entrance is on the right side of Everett just past 2nd Avenue.

There is construction and remodeling in the 220 Building, formerly known as One Pacific Square. During this time, please note the following helpful tips before making a visit to Maginnis & Carey.

  • Enter via the west side of the building, the same side as the MAX stop.
  • Please use the parking garage under the building, even if there is a “Lot Full” sign.
  • Maginnis & Carey reserves several guest parking spots for your convenience.
  • Check-in with the parking valet to confirm the best way to navigate from the parking garage to the 10th floor.
